Did anyone else feel earthquake near Gaithersburg/Potomac around 12:52am?
Felt some shaking for like 10-15 seconds. |

| I’m in Beltsville and heard a loud noise and movement for about 2 seconds around 12:50AM….checked here to see if it was an earthquake |

| Yes. I couldn’t sleep and then heard this low nouse noise as well as shaking. My mind first jumped to terrorism. Still can’t sleep. Sigh. |

| I heard a bang (I was in bed but reading) then my house shook for a few seconds. Funny how I immediately thought earthquake, not train passing or anything else. The Silver Spring near Rockville. |

Felt it in Rockville. It happened just as the HVAC was turning on so at first I was wondering what the heck was wrong with my HVAC.
