Anyone order Taylor Swift merch for xmas? Has anyone actually received anything?

Ordered weeks ago. One item said backordered until 3 days ago. Nothing has shipped, and the order info now shows no update.

Has anyone ordered official TS merch and had it ship? Arrive? Or ever received an update?

Ordered Nov. 13 delivered Nov. 28. One item was backordered till sometime in early Dec but it arrived early.

Yes, I ordered a 1989 sweatshirt and evermore on vinyl and both arrived within 3 weeks or so. I have 2 other items that haven’t shipped yet but one (rep hoodie) clearly said dec 15 shipping. I don’t remember what the other said but it’s for a february birthday so i’m in no rush.
a couple years ago i would have said to reach out to the customer service but it hasn’t been great since the huge influx of fans.

Ordered on Nov 17th. Said it would ship on 12/15. One thing says it "shipped" on the 13th but has yet to be picked up by UPS so it's not even en route yet. The rest hasn't shipped yet. Clearly not getting my stuff in time for Christmas.

Yes, many in the Swiftiedom are reporting delays or even canceled orders. Many say they see tickets were created but then no movement.

I ordered several items early November, and have yet to receive a tracking number. I’ve received five responses from customer support all with different boilerplate answers. I am so beyond disappointed! I don’t think anything‘s going arrive by Christmas. I’ve asked them to cancel my order and they keep sending boilerplate responses. I now have to scramble to find gifts for Christmas. So disappointed!

I went through this last year and ended up having to give merch as Lunar New Year presents. I think I had ordered in October, too! I didn’t order anything this year. I’m sorry for others who are going through the scramble.

Her shipping is awful. When I preordered the 1989 cd for my kids, I got it 10 days after it was released in stores and the shipping info was never updated. Said it was in Nashville the whole time and then one day it was here. So unfortunately you may or may not get it by Xmas and you won’t know until Christmas Eve if it’s too late or not.

One of my items now says it won't ship until 1/12. They were all supposed to ship 12/15. I ordered 11/13 and have nothing.

On the website the rep hoodie now says 1/12 shipping date. Initially it said 12/15. Not sure if this is a different set of orders or not, but either way, mine didn't ship 12/15.
