Also, what happened to the poster who knew why N ran into the wall? She isn't a great driver (as P has commented in the past) but she doesn't have any recent tickets or accidents. So... we can all assume substance abuse unless those in the know say otherwise.

how can you write: "but she doesn't have any recent tickets or accidents"? there is no way you can know that, and it's absolutely creepy that you would try to find out or want to.

Public database. Go to MoCo website and see for yourself. I haven't but I know I can see my tickets and divorce in VA.

Regarding Natasha's voice: yeah, I always found it annoying too.

I learned about Peter and Natasha in 2006 when the show started in DC. Listened to the Kane Show for years and years but finally stopped listening to them once I realized Danni and John were getting on my nerves way too much. For me, John was too sophomoric and Danni was too defensive (text the show anything and they won't respond, text a comment about Danni that is even neutral and you'll get her personally attacking you in seconds). I'm sure it worked for some but it wasn't for me. I went on to try STM and as someone else has commented, they were just so bland and stuck on the past (subtle jabs at the Kane Show here and there) that they just didn't hold my interest. I too miss the chemistry of the old days: Kane, Sarah, and Sammy--though I would take Erick too.

I followed Natasha's blog throughout the years as well. Mostly because her daughters are so darn cute that I just love to see them in their sweet outfits. Her topics were also interesting at times but it always bothered me that she couldn't correctly use its/it's, their/there, were/we're, to/too, etc. Overall, from what I heard on the radio and saw on the blog posts, my general impression was that Peter wasn't a big spender--he's an Old Navy guy--and she is--frequent designer brands for many things, decorating and redecorating the same spaces, elaborate birthday parties, having her 4 and 6 year old have their hair dyed for the summer at a salon. Sure, the home was both of theirs and so are the girls but those things were definitely not Peter's ideas nor would many men think them up. Though it seemed to give Peter some anxiety that Natasha spent money all the time, it seemed like he was in love with her/committed enough to deal with it to some extent. Even with the many car accidents Natasha had, and there were many throughout all the years, not just recently, he always cared about her safety first and the repair costs later. The recent house purchase seemed to me like a Natasha driven thing. They had a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home beforehand with two daughters and repeated mention of no more children desired. Then they bought an 8 bedroom, 8 bathroom home for double the price of their old home while actually getting LESS on their old home than what they originally bought it for AND getting her a new car very shortly after AND even with her brand new home she blogged about renovation projects (unnecessary ones, like repainting and redesigning the mudroom).

To me, she always came off selfish and he came off as a workaholic. In the end, those things probably just got amplified or at least the perception of them did. I don't think anything new really happened for her to leave, I think she just couldn't take more of the things that annoyed her about him. In turn, I think he just finally gave into the fact that it wasn't going to work after she left the way she did--it was just another reminder of who she truly is and how that isn't a good match for someone with his personality. They didn't seem like a great fit to begin with, but I did think they would make it work for longer than it has been. His OCD and ADHD diagnoses and her fibromyalgia diagnosis, meh, they were just icing on the cake, in my opinion, because those symptoms had been going on for both prior to the diagnoses.

I'm sure she drives in other counties so you cannot definitively say but man oh man oh man is it creepy that you looked.

It's not relevant and will be removed if posted (as it has already been removed a number of times).

Not the PP you quoted..

Please, just let it go. People in this world will do things you find out of bounds and "creepy." Obsessing about how creepy it is and repeating it over and over is unnecessary.

If you know her last name, it's not hard. Maryland Judiciary Case Search. Look yourself up! Plus, if you think it's so "creepy," why are you reading this?

I would say that is a pretty accurate assessment.

Anonymous wrote:Can you idiots please stop saying "Kane". Just say Natasha, Nat, or N, and refer to him by either Peter, Pete, or P. It's so stupid that he has this "alias" name, what other radio DJ does that?

Elliot Segal doesn't. Howard Stern doesn't, Ryan Seacrest doesn't. It's so childish.

Don Geronimo
jack Diamond
Tommy McFly

Just to name three. It's actually quite common.

It's called having a name that people can rattle off with ease and is catchy.

Elizabethany (another DJ at 99.5) is another example.

Really?? I always thought that was EB's real name because she used it way before she was on radio.

I believe his daughters birthday is in late July, so could be why he is in FL. I remember because I had a friend who had a kid around the same time.

The kids and Nat are not in FL. Just Peter

agree 1000%, this is a good summary.
I always liked her blog/thought she seemed likable. but looking back, you're right--parties were excessive, girls did not need their hair dyed, etc.

new poster popping in here. this entire situation makes me sort of sad -- I'm a LONG time listener (since I was in HS, actually) and always liked what a dedicate father Kane seemed to be. I'm sure he has faults, but there is every indication that he adores those girls and I TRULY hope his wife doesn't keep them from him to be vindictive.
