Her long blog post from February stated that he had sought help for his OCD and ADHD. At the end she also indicated she hoped this would make them stronger. Interesting that he was the one who filed for divorce.

I have a sibling with OCD and huge anxiety issues. He is in a very toxic relationship and gets out of control sometimes. Physically violent twice that I know of. So I can see there being trouble if his obsession is focused on his wife.

I very seriously considered leaving my husband less than 2 years ago. Not a fun place to be. And definitely an incredibly difficult decision with kids involved.

Some people are just crazy, but I get a feeling there is a lot of shit going on behind the scenes here. It sucks to feel broken and betrayed by your spouse. There is only so much someone can take.

It may have been an impulsive decision, or one not fully thought out. This is an issue for many people with ADHD. It also could be the reason she took the money, maybe she worried he would spiral and spend it on stupid/destructive shit.
Obviously I know nothing of the details but I can say that being married to someone with ADHD is sometimes incredibly difficult and adding OCD can make it so much worse and potentially unsafe.

He stated on air that he only filed after she disappeared with the kids. She hadn't paid the bills for several months and had drained all of the accounts. We don't know the whole story but as far as the things that he said on air, he had to be careful because if he lied on air, it could come back on him, either in the divorce or in a slander suit. I'm not saying that he said everything on air, but the things he did say I feel pretty confident happened. We just don't know all of the context.
