Racist test, country, city. Just deal. Prepare, work, sacrifice, make the grade. Am AA and English isn't my first language. Grew up FARMs and attended elite college. Stop whining and excusing, regardless of your race. Grow up already.

+1000. My parents English still sucks, 50 years after immigrating from Asia. I went to MIT on a Pell Grant and have done well professionally and personally ever since.
