Curse removal by a qualified priest

| I believe I was cursed by someone 13 years ago. I am a Christian. That person was of another faith and of culture that fosters witchcraft. We had a falling out. He sent me nasty letters. Ever since that time my life has been much harder than before. I believe he cursed me. Where in Maryland or anywhere for that matter can I find a Catholic priest who takes curses seriously and could help me out? I am not a troll. I am serious. Thank you. |

Honestly, if you believe in curses, everything negative that happens to you will seem to be because of the curse. The best cure is for a priest to do some ritual with you that will make a difference to your psychological and spiritual well-being, and to help you see that Life brings disasters, not someone's ill-wishing. |

Would hiring a Catholic priest even work, or would you need someone of the same faith / practice of the person who "cursed" you?

So, *IF* you are going to believe in curses, then context and Faith matters. You aren't going to find a Catholic priest who can dispel a curse by a Pagan religion. You are going to have to find someone of the appropriate religion/faith/culture that can counter the curse.
So, if you think that a Voodoo witch doctor cursed you, then you need to find a practitioner of Voodoo. If you think that it was a Romani who cursed you, then you should look for one of the Romani to counter the curse. And so on. |

| I am not sure about curses, but there are priests who specialized in dealing with demonic and evil spirits. However, I will contact an Archdiocese for that. I believe there was a case in Baltimore where a priest performed an exorcism or cleansing of an evil spirit a few years ago. There are only a small percentage of priests who are trained to deal with demonic spirits. So, instead of contacting a random Catholic church see if you can locate priests within the mid Atlantic area who are trained to address this issue. However, I think you should talk with the priests at your current parish to assist with locating the proper help. It also, will not hurt to began spiritual counseling with a priest that you trust. |

| If you really are cursed, you just need the Holy Spirit to remove it for you. A priest may or may not be able to do it, but the power of the Spirit can overcome anything. But definitely don’t go to the religion/occultism that cursed you for help, cuz if a religion fosters witchcraft you shouldnt seek answers from it, you’ll only get more hurt. |

| Your average local parish priest will not perform a ritual to remove a curse/expel demons. However, you might benefit greatly from pastoral counseling. |

You don't need a priest. You can undo it yourself. The first thing you must stop doing is confirming the curse verbally, in thought or writing. Every day you should say to yourself ( out loud ) that you are free any and all curses and that God is protecting you from all negative energy and evil spirits. Say it aloud many times each day. Go in every room of your house and speak out loud for any spirits to leave and go toward the light.
Lastly remove objects from your home that may have bad energy- including dead stuff, like skulls, dead flowers, plants, dust, bugs and booze, drugs, etc. |
