I suggest anyone interested in this issue seek therapy from a qualified professional. And I am not being snarky, I am sincerely concerned.

That's a reasonable view. You may be surprised to see that Driscoll's views are not very far from your own.

I agree with the posters supporting receiving professional help from a mental health professional.

I am Catholic. 12 years of Catholic school. This stuff fascinates me only because my heart is open to everything. I don't doubt that agencies of evil exist. Curses, possessed souls, karma, nirvana, holy spirit, good vs evil, energy ... are not mutually exclusive.

A PP sent you some verses. This one is interesting, "“He will rescue you from six troubles; Even in seven, evil will not touch you." When I read this it reminded me of the superstition of 7 years bad luck. Seven is a prominent number in the bible and is considered a "lucky" number. You say that it's been 13 years since this "curse" was cast. 13 is perceived as an unlucky number. Have the events subsided some in the last 6 years? Were the events more intense within the first 7 years? Maybe a reputable physic (oxymoron?)) that focuses on numerology could help.

Here's a crazy and safe option. If you still have a letter or anything written by this person, it should be sealed in an airtight container and placed in the freezer. There's more to this which I can't remember...some type of herb, possibly sage or oils should be added to the container. Apparently, this freezes the energy (or curse). I'm sure if you do a bit of research on this method, you'll find it. This is an innocuous option, no harm inflicted on the caster. It may be a placebo affect if it rests your mind which in turn might release positive energy for you. It may go against your strict Catholic beliefs, but you can speak to a priest at confession after the fact. Good luck!

Holy crap. Do people actually believe this stuff? In the freezer?

Are we still dragging our knuckles on the ground?

He sent me nasty letters. Ever since that time my life has been much harder than before. I believe he cursed me. Where in Maryland or anywhere for that matter can I find a Catholic priest who takes curses seriously and could help me out? I am not a troll. I am serious. Thank you.

OP, the curse can only be broken by the power and blood of Jesus Christ. I beg of you to not to visit a Catholic priest because you will only end up with more problems. I instead will send you to Amazon to get two books which will help you written by Dr. D.K. Olukoya. The first book is called Command the Morning and the second book is called Prayer Rain. Command the morning is important because you will need to reclaim your morning each and every day. Prayer Rain is critically important because you will need to both fasting and praying for protection and spiritual sanitation, revoking evil decrees, dissolving unprofitable growth, disgracing satanic agents, etc.

In the spiritual realm curses still stand even after the death of the person who placed it. You will need a power (Jesus Christ) greater than that which has hindered you.

I vote for the pile of rocks and goat sacrifice. Better exercise, more fun, and will take much less time.

Also better than giving $20x2 to some charlatans.

It must have sucked to have been cursed before refrigeration.

But some priests still do exorcisms in some parts of the world?

Is that right?

or.... you could consider witchcraft and skip the middleman

OP, a psychic or lightworker can help cut cords. That’s really all a “curse” is. You are corded to the other person. It’s normally very simple to cut those cords. /psychic

OP, do not pay your money to a psychic, they are charlatans. Every last one of them. The stuff above about being "corded" is total BS and it is in your head. See a licensed doctor or mental health professional.

And stop pissing the wrong people off, OP - then you won't have to worry about it.

Exorcisms still occur with Church sanction in the US, but not under these circumstances.

Seek a therapist instead, OP. I'm not being rude, I am truly concerned about your health.
