Last year I took Mental Illness with Geriatrics, but that ended when the main subject passed away.

And for shits and giggles, my own personal favorite, peri-menopause with borderline depression.

I hear you. I'm hoping my course in Tween with ASD, LD, Anxiety, and Depression eventually ends, but it looks like I'll be taking the Teen version next.

If it's any consolation to you, I am not an only child but dealing with elderly parents and my sibling is basically just a source of aggravation-trying to direct things while doing NOTHING. It can make the "course" all the more frustrating when you have dead weight pulling things backward and stressing you out more.

Save me spot at your bar. I will order some fruity cocktails and leave you huge tips.

Just signed up for fall classes. Looks like they're going to be:

Starting a Big New Job and Buying Your First Home Way Too Late in Life 101 (6 credits)

Tween Bitchfest 202

Geography of North American Husbands: Very Hot and Very Cold Climates 304

Philosophy Seminar: Who The Hell Am I Again? 306

Elective is Bakesales 101, which I'm taking for the 19th time even though I don't really have time. I like it a lot though.

I recently found myself enrolled in Myopic Teen Breaks Glasses Right Before AP Exams without having taken the prerequisite, Of Course We Have an Spare Pair. The aftermath of that forced me to finally drop I Can Still Wear a Size 10 If I Suck In.

I’m majoring in chronic illness with a double major in Mom.

I dropped Sandwich Generation when I was forced by a demanding professor to major in Chronic Illness.

Majoring in home economics and pulling solid Cs despite my best efforts. My relatively easy on-campus job fills my days. Electives include “My teens seem ok, but are they really?” and “Where did all friends go?: Loneliness in middle age.” Extracurricular activity is driving people all over the place.

UGH thank you for making me laugh for the first time in a long time.

Majoring in Tough Cookie Syndrome. An offshoot of Tall Poppy Syndrome, TCS requires getting all of the therapy that the rest of the family should be getting.

Minoring in Waiting for Godot, demented parent version. Show repeats daily until sundowning.

All the classes I wanted were full, including “Coasting to Retirement” and “Aging Beautifully.” My backups (“Avoiding Kidney Stones” and a survey course on traveling internationally during a Global Pandemic also weren’t available, so I ended up taking “How to Recover from Two Layoffs in Four Years” and “None Like it Hot: Surviving Menopause.” Currently taking a course that meets daily in “Aging Parents” and trying to survive the upper level seminar “Paying for College 301,” which had a few prerequisites I seem to have missed!

OP, you made my day. Double-majoring here in Eldercare and Own Arthritis, with a minor in Allergies.

My sister majors in In-Laws with Alzheimer's with a minor in Empty Nest. At least she gets some great courses in her minor, like Dinner and Theater Out With Husband Occasionally.
