The Federalist Society - sponsors of Justices Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett and Roberts, are done with Trump. They have backed Haley in 2024.

So no, SCOTUS will not let Trump off. The Justices can just let this stay at the DC Court and let Trump rot.

how do you figure that they are done with Trump? I could see Roberts and Barrett being done with him, but not the others.

They wouldn't be running Haley if they still supported him.

We already know that Thomas and Alito are on the take and Kavanaugh was on the take prior to his confirmation when all his debts were paid. GOP senators refused to allow an investigation just as they refused FBI investigation of other women who accused Kavanaugh. Roberts has no integrity and is completely ineffective. Gorsuch is getting even for his mother and Barrett will "dance with the man what brings her." Sotomayor, Kagan, and Brown have, somehow, become "Stepford" SC justices.

Gorsuch’s mother was Reagan’s EPA Administrator. She was forced to resign because she was doing something similar to what Trump was impeached for in Ukraine and the Congressional Republicans are doing currently with the border - illegally holding back funds approved and designated by Congress in an attempt to prolong a problem so that a Democrat wouldn’t win an election.

Exactly. Biden can have the military take out Trump and then in January 2025 Kamala can pick which electors’ votes she’ll count. Because if Biden doesn’t win, the election is rigged.
