This is actually true. Based on the number of people who graduate from mediocre-terrible, bottom of the barrel undergrad, then mediocre-terrible, bottom of the barrel law schools, if they can pass, Kim K. would be a TOP student, and would most certainly pass.

I highly doubt Kim would be a top student. It’s all about how much you study and nothing else. It’s obvious Kim doesn’t have the willpower and focus to do that.

I agree--she has complained about how she likes the legal concepts but hates all the reading involved in law school. Being a lawyer isn't a good profession for someone who doesn't like to read. And it's definitely not a recipe for being a top law student.

A source has exclusively told The U.S. Sun that the legal career is "a pain for Kim right now."
Last year she slowly realized how tedious it was and how never-ending the study was," the insider shared.

"She can't drop it without looking bad, looking like she couldn't pass it after all the work and all of her talk about how passionate she was about pushing for prison reform."

Back in 2021, Kim announced she passed the baby bar exam after failing it three times previously.

She was passionate about following in the footsteps of her late father, Robert Kardashian, but has gone silent about her studies over the past two years.

Someone who’s managed to go from garden variety LA rich kid to multinational business owner and billionaire can’t be that dumb.

Just sayin.

She's a rich kid who got famous for having a sex tape and then a reality show that gave her the fame/infamy to monetize her name. She may not be "that dumb" but she's not that smart either.

I can't imagine being the attorneys who were supposedly teaching her. They spent so much time giving this guided instruction, away from their actual work, and for what? For this?

The names of the attorneys teaching her are in the papers. Not sure if she pays them somehow, but they are getting name recognition from her.

That’s like saying that because Lebron James is excellent at basketball, he’d probably be a good computer scientist, too.

Being media savvy and being able to make money from already having a lot of money is not the same skill set as being able to buckle down and read a lot of boring and tedious case studies.

Kim K wasn’t studious to get a bachelors, no way can swing the Bar Exam.

Prison reform is a noble pursuit. She doesn't need to practice law to advocate for it. I wish her well if she's serious about helping to make a difference. The WH roundtable including her is stupid, but if slapping her face on the issue moves things along, even in a small way, then yeah, sure, go, Kim.

No, I know they're publicly out there. It's ill advised is my point. Name recognition only goes so far. At some point you have to have credibility. I would never attach my cart to that horse, as - in my opinion - they have lost their credibility through this charade. I mean, OK, nice try, trying to cram legal knowledge into her head, but at some point even they had to cry mea culpa?

It’s not a noble pursuit if she’s completely uneducated on the legal system and is throwing her celebrity status around to influence others while being wholly ignorant herself.

I don’t mind her advocacy for Armenians because that’s close to her heart and something she is very familiar with, but she should leave legal advocacy for people who understand and know the law.

IA. It's unfortunate that we live in a society where attached a famous person's face to a cause garners more attention, but it is what it is.

Heck, think of how many cases have been affected by podcasts on the subject... Your Own Backyard (Kristen Smart case), Up and Vanished (Tara Grinstead case), Proof (Brian Bowling case), and of course the two most well-known, Serial (Adnan Syed) and In the Dark (Curtis Flowers). Had media attention not been drawn to the cases, those cases wouldn't have been solved and Adnan and Curtis would probably still be in prison.

Right, but this will certainly open doors for them, giving them opportunities to prove themselves. Sure, maybe they screw themselves over. But what if they knock it out of the park and make a bigger name for themselves? Maybe you aren't a risk taker, but you can't blame them for having the guts to try.

Not the same. Basketball is a chiefly athletic pursuit. Stardom depends on a lot of intangible factors vis a vis charisma but it also doesn’t happen absent some serious strategizing. Kim’s got brains. No one’s saying she’s got the biggest, but she definitely has some smarts in her.

Made a lot of money does not always = smart.

And you are confusing street smarts with academic intelligence. If Kim K were remotely academic, she would have wanted to get a bachelors. Natalie Portman put her career on hold to get a degree. The same is true of Brooke Shields, Mayim Bialik, Rashida Jones, James Franco and many, many other stars. Kim didn’t go to college because she is not studious. For the same reason, she will NEVER pass the Bar, not unless she cheats and gets someone else to stand in for her. Academically intelligent people want to learn and do it, they don’t just talk about it.
