40 yr old Kim Kardashian fails first year legal test

The only Kardashian listed as an attorney in CA is her dad, deceased, so she’s not there yet. But as others have mentioned, she’s busy with other things and doesn’t need to practice for $ so she can take her time.

Lol, kinda hard to be a lawyer when all you do is spend your time traveling and posting insta photos.

If her only motive is to post Instas of her degree, then I hope she fails.

If she pivots to advocating for Turkey to acknowledge culpability for the Armenian genocide, or for Armenia’s continued existence after Russia threw them under the bus, then I wish her well.

This entire thing was a publicity stunt. She's dumber than a rock. She is too lazy to even finish her bachelor's degree.

Given the amount of time this has taken and the amount of time she's failed the Baby Bar, it probably would have been easier for her to finish her bachelor's degree and muddle through a mediocre law school.

Even if she were a hard working genius, it’s hard to pass the bar without going to law school for the first year. There are too many rules to memorize by rote memorization. You’ve got to learn the case law preferably by Socratic method in order to pass. Alternatively, you need to be in the field as say a paralegal to see the rules applied. Otherwise, it’s an insurmountable jumble of facts that make no sense.

Except for in Louisiana, the Bar Exams across the country are about the same. Everyone has to take the same multiple choice MultiState portion to pass. One of the reasons the CA Bar is the “hardest” to pass is because they let unqualified people sit for it. Same goes for NY, so many foreign law graduates sitting and failing.

Kim K has no chance at all.

As an aspiring lawyer, hopefully she learns that you shouldn't edit phone calls you've illegally taped to make your self-destructive husband look like he's a better human than he really is.

The California bar is notoriously difficult. Many law students in California cannot pass, or at very least have to take multiple attempts. It's not just the "unqualified" people bringing down the numbers. I worked with a few who would move to Arizona or Nevada and pass the bar there instead.

Kim will NEVER pas the California bar.

But then it would be public record when she failed the bar over and over and over. Presumably the same reason why Jared Kushner and Tiffany Trump never sat for the bar.

This is actually true. Based on the number of people who graduate from mediocre-terrible, bottom of the barrel undergrad, then mediocre-terrible, bottom of the barrel law schools, if they can pass, Kim K. would be a TOP student, and would most certainly pass.

She's still milking this law activist b.s.

She failed the baby bar exam three times in two years. She is famous for having a sex tape. I don't think this is a woman who embarrasses easily.

That’s just because CA requires a slightly higher score on the MultiState. It’s not significantly higher, but it makes a difference.

No. She has passed the baby bar, but it took her four tries. On her new show, she said she has a few more classes to take, and then she can start studying for the bar. She's posted about a few cases she's helping with on her IG.

I highly doubt Kim would be a top student. It’s all about how much you study and nothing else. It’s obvious Kim doesn’t have the willpower and focus to do that.
