Ha! It IS currently at $320 million. If one in a million odds can strike once, maybe twice!

FWIW, I also have a friend who got pregnant after her husband's vasectomy. Like PP and OP, definitely the husband's kid. A huge surprise, obviously.

I have not yet- my daughter is napping. When she wakes up we will run to the store and I will pick up a box. No idea what to expect!

Huh, my husband's urologist never mentioned that. Once he got the initial all clear after the procedure was done, he said we were set. This is the first scare of any type since then. And of course at the pre-op consult they stressed to us to make 100% sure we were done having kids since the vasectomy almost guaranteed there would be no more. Should it turn out I am not pregnant, I will still make my husband an appointment to get a semen analysis just in case.

I will take another test. Last one was yesterday and I was busy this morning calling every OBGYN in the area to see if anyone could get me in today. (My previous OBGYN stopped taking my insurance at the end of 2012 and I hadn't found a new doctor yet... so on top of all this weirdness I am someone's new patient now!) I will take another today and tomorrow just to see if I get any different results. For what it's worth, the test I took yesterday was the EPT digital that says pregnant or not pregnant... so I didn't just imagine a line or anything.

I had a false positive with this brand. Definitely take another test. I hear false positives are more common with this one for some reason.

Good to know! My daughter is up and we are heading to the store. Will report back.

I hope you got a faulty test but...
A friend of mine had this happen.

She offered to get a dna test on the child but she looked so much like dad that he was sold. In this case mom and dad looked very very ddifferent.

My youngest sister was conceived after our father's vasectomy. He apparently skipped his follow-up... Still, doctor corrected the procedure free of charge. And I got my best friend!
Best to you, OP!

No one asked OP how she's feeling. You know, a little pregnant?

Hey OP:

How are you feeling?

Have you peed on another stick?

How'd that work out for you?

How OP did not immediately run to Target and take every brand of home pregnany test they had is beyond me!

Op here. I don't feel pregnant! Of course I guess this varies but with my daughter I had heightened smell, terrible food aversions, acne, and exhaustion. I feel the same as I always do right now though. I didn't take a test last night because I rushed home to talk it through with my husband.

Bought a clear blue test at the store since someone here said they got a false positive with EPT, which is what I uses yesterday. So far NOTHING showing up on that- not even the faintest line. Now I am really confused... Will take the second one in the box first thing in the am with fresh urine. Curiouser and curiouser...

OP: I think you will be ok. 2.5 weeks after last period, anything should show up on clear blue.

I had a positive with a cheap test, bought it and got a clear second positive in a bout a second. OOOPs.

And might I gently and respectfully ask: how old are you? you might have skipped a cycle. also, if you have some conditions, menopause could come earlier. Just some thoughts.

Have a drink tonight.
