Anyone that has been paying attention knows that Biden is complete loose cannon on live TV, especially with his obvious mental decline.

My question is, how loyal are the speechwriters? We have seen a movement to get Joe to drop out which is picking up steam. Might someone mess with the teleprompter to make him look bad? Or perhaps there are words they know will trip up the President.
Or even worse, words that trigger the President. Not quite the brainwashing of Winter Soldier, but would cause him to shut down.
