This isn't what the data, analytics, science, the majority of the American people, and common sense are all telling us. Some fact checks - how and where you got some things wrong:
1. On the border, most of Trump's so-called policies fell apart - whether challenged and rescinded in the courts, failing when Title 42 pandemic provisions expired, and so on. And let's not forget about that sick joke of "build a wall" - he spent a ridiculous amount of money, grifted from people like you yet only managed to build a whopping 42 miles - which was easily cut through with battery powered angle grinders.
2. Biden inherited an absolute dumpster fire of an economy from Trump, inoperable ports, a non-functional supply chain, employment and productivity numbers that completely cratered. Biden turned it around. Yes, Biden - and not Trump, who was the guy who sent out the "stimmy checks" that drove up inflation with increased spending and demand.
3. Trump is the guy who unilaterally negotiated with Taliban terrorists and committed the US to hand Afghanistan over to them. Trump alienated every foreign friend and ally we had and severely undercut and undermined our key alliances like NATO, emboldening our enemies like Russia and China to pursue aggressive expansion. Trump's isolationist "it's a shithole" foreign policy is also a big part of what destabilized many parts of the world, driving migrants and refugees to our shores.
4. Biden does not dictate or control interest rates - that is the job of the Fed. And Fed policy has been to drive up interest rates in order to cool demand. Had you bothered to listen to Fed chairman Powell's last testimony before Congress he made a compelling case and showed good results - it takes a very steady hand at the tiller to carefully navigate interest hikes without causing a recession and unlike some of his predecessors, Powell has succeeded.
