Just curious: what are the exact circumstances under which you came to know the driving ability of “a lot” of people with BACs of 0.233 or above?

Yes, this is the part I don't understand. We have an electric car (not a Tesla, but wholly electric) and as soon as your take your foot off the accelerator, the car slows rapidly. In fact, I rarely use the brakes when driving.
