What happened to your Red Line, Biden?

If this is true, Biden is a real POS.

It looks like it was the US getting another border crossing opened up, demanding more aid and warning about Rafah in exchange for the UN veto of Palestinian statehood.

That's quite a bit different, no?

The fact that Israel is holding the distribution of aid as leverage tells you all you need to know about the country.

exactly- we made an absolute hash of our response and squandered the chance to extend the Pax Americana another 100 years. We had a disastrous 20 year war in Afghanistan that did absolutely no good and injured/killed god knows how many of our soldiers. Then the Iraq invasion which pissed off the entire Muslim world from Senegal to Malaysia and gave rise to the horror of Isis, and handed the ayatollahs more sympathy and influence and treasure not to mention the lovely Putin who used our weakness to invade Ukraine, threaten Europe, gain sympathy all over the developing world. Our silly emotional response will be written about as sepuku in 2050. we should have used the tragedy of 9/11 to force the Muslim world to reign in their own extremist mullah factions instead we created Isis, and strengthened the Taliban and allowed our own soldiers to die and basically created an entire generation that is completely unwilling to fight for us, and we might need soldiers who want to their patriotic duty. its all very well having geriatrics in all levels of government ae we also going to resurrect John mccains and Bo Biden to fight Iran, Russia and the Chinese in Taiwan?? The Japanese aint going to die for our economic interests and neither is gen z.

Nobody is going to rely on gen Z. They’re worthless. That’s why there’s a push for AI.

Remember how US support for Israel was waning pre - 9/11 for the exact same reasons it is now

Psychohistory is a very powerful tool.

When does an eye for an eye stop? This is for both sides .

Israel is delusional if they believe destroying Hamas will do anything. Hamas is an idea .

Hamas is delusional if they believe they can destroy Israel. Israel is also an idea.

The US should facilitate two state solution, then fine , economically strip , and sanction , either the Israeli or Palestinian states for killing.

The only way to deter either side from violence is interference of a neutral party, incentivizing peace , and financial consequences .

A 2 state solution for Israel and Hamas? Hamas is a terrorist organization that wants Israel gone. There is no compromise.

They've been fighting for thousands of years. It can't be much longer.

The US and Israel and one in the same. Look at Biden's cabinet. Everyone is a relative of a holocaust survivor. It's like the box you have to check to get in these days.

Israel is a terrorist State that has blown up 150,000 Palestinians in some way shape or form over the past 6 months. Damn straight there is no compromise.

Hamas in any role moving forward is a non-starter. Even the most ardent pro-Palestinian supporter is more than happy to agree to that condition.

Well, can you compromise with the West Bank? The actual government and place the majority of Palestinians actually live?So they don’t become Hamas?

Israel seems determined to want Hamas in the West Bank and Gaza.

What do you think violent Israeli settlers in the West Bank is going to cause?

If the West Bank government and Israeli government can’t get rid of settlements, who will step in to do so?

The next conflict won’t be in Gaza but in the West Bank/Hamas vs Israel/settlers .
