I was using NBC News as a source. Is this story banned from being posted or are there certain keywords it's flagging?

However, it is now locked because it turned very racist and I did not have time to keep moderating it (I think most of the racist posts have been deleted now). Given the way that thread went, I would be relucant to have another one.

Can I start one about how I very much so disagree with most posters on this topic? Having been on a moving NYC subway train with an agitated man with a knife I can 100% tell you that what you'd believe people to do in these situations is not what you think while casually reading about it online.

One of the guys on the train with us wanted to pull the emergency break. I told him absolutely f&cking not because we'd be trapped in the train with that guy. Until that guy left we were all in grave danger and we had no idea what 1) triggered him and 2) what to do to stay safe while stuck there.

Whoah - you're way too pragmatic for that thread. Most posters aren't really interested in justice or sympathy for the victim, It's really just a racist white grievance fest. The mask fell off when one poster couldn't contain themself and spelled out the N word in a string of posts.

This guy has been doing this multiple times a day. He is a real lunatic. He also posts messages calling me a fat Jew (I'm not Jewish). I can't decide whether he is actually a diehard racist or a troll trying to be provocative. In either case, he could really stand for some attention to his mental health.
