Only You with RDJ with Marisa Tomei much better pick.

Fools Rush In. None of my friends have seen it, but I love it.

Not exactly a rom-com, but:

Penelope (Christina Ricci and James McEvoy)

Trainwreck is really funny.

Queen Latifah is so versatile and beautiful. I love everything she’s in. Watching her acting makes me smile.

The Last Holiday! Yes, this movie was great. Loved her vision board featuring LL Cool J you're right - I smiled through the whole thing.

+1 this was hilarious. Kate McKinnon is a national treasure. I love their argument scene (no spoilers!)

Thank you for suggesting this-- just watched and it was hilarious! Bonus that Sam Heughan is in it.

I remember liking this one but no one I tried to talk to about it had heard of it.

It’s a show, but Starstruck

While You Were Sleeping is one of my favorite rom-coms.

Also good, About a Boy.

If you like classics His Girl Friday is great.

Not sure if any of these are really lesser known though!

Summer Catch!!! So cheesy, but I loved it. Freddie Prince Jr and Jessica Biel.

+1 Sliding Doors. The Birdcage. I still laugh uncontrollably with others when I dead ringer Agador Spartacus (Hank Azaria) at the most inappropriate moments.
Are jooo afraid of my Guatemalan-ness?

Whish wig?

I'm not sure if Birdcage is even acceptable any longer, but I loved that movie.
Dianne Wiest: Somebody has to like me best!
and Oh, what interesting china. It looks like young men playing leap frog.

Hank Azaria agrees with you. He said in an interview (2017?) that he’d never take the role today. Said he had many more opportunities than his POC and gay peers back then, and they deserve to play these roles now. The trifecta Nathan Lane, Robin Williams, and Azaria was magic though.
Armand: Oh I see, so you're going to a cemetery with your toothbrush. How Egyptian.

The scene at the cafe of Nathan Lane trying to act like a straight man is absolute gold
