Has your child ever asked you to stop at construction site so they could get a better look at the bulldozer? Is your child crazy for police cars? Then you won’t want to miss Pepco’s World of Wheels for CASA!
Join us on Saturday, October 14th from 10am-2pm at DeMatha for this FREE family festival and touch-a-truck where we’ll have a fleet of police, construction, utility and other vehicles for you to see, touch and sit in.
Opened to the public with free admission, sponsored by Council Member Deni Taveras, the festival is a fundraiser for CASA/Prince George’s County, a nonprofit that recruits and trains CASAs - Court Appointed Special Advocates – for more than 160 foster children a year.
While admission to the festival is free, tickets will be sold for food, rides and various activities. Donations to CASA/Prince George’s County will also be accepted.
Thank you to our sponsors: Pepco, Council Member Taveras, Purple Line Partners, MGM and Amerigroup!
