Skills on the Hill is here to support you weekly as you manage the delicate balancing act of keeping safe and healthy while keeping your child socially connected and tuned in. 2020 has been quite the roller coaster - SOTH is here to help.
Our 6th session, What's (NOT) to Eat 4 Dinner?! Combating Picky Eating in the Time of COVID, will provide information related to all of the underlying components of eating (did you know that there are actually 32 steps to eating?!) and some of the common reasons that children are picky eaters - especially during this time of immense anxiety in our society. We will also provide tips and tricks to increase food variety, strengthen your child's relationship with food, and reduce family stress around mealtimes! This session is suited for parents of children of all ages and ability levels - not just babies and toddlers!
