Family Garden Day is a time for all members of the community and their families to join Washington Youth Garden staff to experience the garden with fun games, crafting activities, garden tours, and everyone's favorite garden veggie tastings. Depending on what's growing you may even get a chance to prepare a snack right at the garden and even take home the veggies you used to make it. All ages are welcome. We'll meet you at the garden! Don't forget to bring your smiles!

The Washington Youth Garden (WYG) would like to invite you to one of our Family Garden Days. Family Garden Day (FGD) is a fun and exciting event where families can come to together and learn about the wonderful fruits and veggies that grow at WYG.
During FGD, families will have the opportunity to harvest and taste the good stuff growing in our demonstration garden. Families will also be invited to make a healthy snack with ingredients straight from the garden,
FGD is being offered three times this year. Our first event is this Saturday, August 27th from 10 AM - NOON. Other events will be held on September 24 and October 15. This event is $10 per family of 4 and $3 per person. Please follow the attached link to register.
