Dr. Robert Slater, Co-Director of American Councils Research Center at American Councils for International Education and Co-Principal Investigator on longitudinal study on The Effect of Dual-Language Immersion on Student Achievement in the Portland Public Schools – The added value of language immersion programs (improved student outcomes, immersion education beneficial to all regardless of ethnicity/SES/etc./ effects on opportunity, research on special ed populations)
