The Village at Shirlington invites you to the 2015 Shirlie Lights Up the Village Holiday Celebration on Monday, December 7th at 6pm. NBC4 Morning Anchor Aaron Gilchrist will kick off the evening on the outdoor plaza as we sing in the season leading up to the big tree lighting at 6:30pm, followed by photos with Santa at 6:45pm at the UPS Store. The celebration will also feature holiday music by Signature Theatre, The Lovejoy Group and the Bishop O'Connell Choir, as well as horse and carriage rides, face painting, cookie decorating, a snowman photo board station and retail specials and promotions. Find the perfect gift for everyone on your holiday shopping list at specialty retailers including Le Village Marche, Ah Love Oil & Vinegar and Cheesetique while you enjoy the regal tree lighting and holiday activities with the entire family.
