A once-in-a-lifetime culinary collaboration between two renowned chefs will kick off Washington DC’s Taste America weekend on Friday, October 17, 2014 at the Mandarin Oriental. Dubbed A Night of Culinary Stars, the exclusive dining event will benefit the James Beard Foundation. The JBF Taste America evening will begin with a reception filled with bites and libations from local chefs, including Chef Marjorie Meek-Bradley, Chef Anthony Chittum, Chef Jeffrey Buben, Chef Katsuya Fukushima, and Chef Ed Scarpone. Afterwards, guests will be seated for an exceptional dinner prepared by Charles Phan and Vikram Sunderam who have been paired together to create a unique multi-course menu diners won’t forget.
