Summer Camp Open House

At Traveling Players Ensemble’s summer camp, small troupes of actors are carefully guided by professional theatre artists to perform in outdoor amphitheaters. Traveling Players offers a range of programs for campers between 3rd – 12th grade, with one week beginner actor training all the way up to advanced, intensive acting training in our 5- and 7-week summer camp programs. Each session culminates in a fully mounted and designed performance which tours to several locations, thereby cultivating stronger, more adaptable and capable artists and individuals. Get a tour of Madeira, meet other campers and play an improv game or two. Meet our staff, including Artistic Director Jeanne Harrison and other faculty. It’s an informal affair; you can drop by whenever it’s convenient. The whole family is welcome. Please wear shoes for walking in the woods. The Open House is rain or shine.
