"Stop the Bleed" - Lifesaving Class Focused On Identifying and Controlling Life-Threatening Bleeding

This hour-long class will teach participants the basics of identifying, controlling and stopping life-threatening bleeding. We will have a brief presentation, followed by hands-on practice. This class is ideal for those with or without prior medical or first aid training.

Car accidents and gun violence and mishaps can cause major bleeding – but so can chainsaws, broken mirrors, falls on sharp objects and dozens of other ordinary encounters. Death can occur within minutes, but equipped with the proper training and some basic materials, you can stop a bleed and save a life.
This hour-long class that includes a presentation and hands-on training to deliver the necessary knowledge, and skills to correctly treat life- threatening bleeding.
It is geared to anyone from any background. No medical training or background is needed!
