St. Raphael School—a 2019 National Blue Ribbon Award winner—is hosting an open house at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21 (details and registration: www.bit.ly/SRSopenhouse). Childcare will be available. The event starts with a presentation, followed by a tour, and lasts about an hour. SRS is K-8 and specializes in tailored academics through small-group instruction, integrated technology (including one-to-one iPad program for middle-schoolers), and differentiated learning. SRS is located at 1513 Dunster Road in Rockville and is enrolling for 2020-21.
