Need an excuse to dress up? Nope, we didn't think so, but we're offering one anyway. An afternoon Halloween party that's not to be missed. Come down to the National Harbor for some serious FUN! We combine 2 hours of all request live music with a costume contest, a lunch buffet, fountain drinks, and of course encouragement of singing along and wiggling in
your seats! Bar is open for non-driving parents.
