Join With Understanding Comes Calm, LLC and SENG (Supporting the Emotional Needs of the Gifted) as they bring the award winning and inspirational documentary, "2e: Twice Exceptional" to Silver Spring, MD.  

The film follows the personal journeys of a unique group of high school students identified as "twice exceptional" - gifted with learning disabilities or differences. They are geniuses, mavericks and dreamers. Among them may be the next Einstein, Mozart or Steve Jobs...if they can survive the American school system and their own eccentricities. This Screening Event includes:

-Exhibitors (schools and services relevant to the population)
-Free give-away bags full of information and resources
-Free raffle for goods and services pertaining to twice exceptionality
-Short talk about "The True Meaning of Giftedness and Twice Exceptionality"
