Scouts BSA Collections Merit Badge

Winkler Botanical Preserve is excited to host the Collections Merit Badge on March 9, 2024. Collecting is a hobby that many people share. Learn about other scout’s collections, show off your own and discover tricks of the trade for displaying, conserving and preserving your collection. Earn a fun merit badge in the process. This Merit Badge consists of one-hour long classroom session. Same day completion requires fulfilment of prerequisites. Prerequisites: Read over all requirements, be prepared to discuss your collection. Pay particular attention to Requirement 3c Have 10 terms ready for requirement 5a Requirement 5b- can bring in pictures, create a video of your collection or bring the collection itself in.
