Journey with award-winning nature photographer Peter Essick through the Ansel Adams Wilderness—a place in the Sierra Nevada named for the legendary American photographer who immortalized its stark, craggy beauty. Essick will share with you his own evocative photographs from the new National Geographic book The Ansel Adams Wilderness, and you’ll enjoy images of other powerful natural landscapes he has documented. A contributor to National Geographic for 25 years, Peter Essick was recently named one of the world’s 40 most influential nature photographers byOutdoor Photography. Introduction by Jamie Williams, President of The Wilderness Society.
