Expectant mothers will experience a practice inclusive of asana (postures), breathwork, and meditation to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and prepare physically and mentally for childbirth. This practice allows you to tune into your natural rhythms and ride the waves that come along with pregnancy with greater ease and acceptance. Yoga postures will be modified to be inclusive of all stages of pregnancy and you will have the opportunity to connect to other expectant mothers.
Payment is required in advance for class registration; cost is $18 per class, $49 for a 3 class pass or $95 for a 6 class pass.
