Stress and anxiety can have detrimental effects on your pregnancy. Join us for an interactive small group seminar to learn how your mind body connections can be optimized for your pregnancy through a total health approach. You will receive resources on how to reduce exposure to toxins in pregnancy, how to optimize your nutrition and gain knowledge on how you communicate to your growing baby through hormones. You will also learn personal tools for enhancing your mind body well-being and reducing stress in pregnancy in an interactive small group setting.

This course is led by Regina Zopf, MD, FACOG who is a mother a board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, and board certified Integrative and Holistic physician living in Washington, DC. She seeks to share her knowledge as a physician and women's herbal educator to optimize mind-body wellness for women.
