Rockville Community Nursery School (RCNS) is a cooperative, parent-owned, non-sectarian school that offers a variety of morning classes for 2-, 3-, and 4-year-old children. An optional lunch program is also available twice a week for children enrolled in our 3- and 4-year-old classes. As a cooperative school, our parents play a vital role -- we run the school by serving in administrative positions, assisting the teachers in daily classroom activities, and helping with fundraising activities. We cooperate to provide the parental support that is vital to a truly successful educational experience, and forming strong, caring bonds between families.

Our small class sizes ensure each child receives the individual nurturing and guidance needed to develop to his or her full potential. Perhaps best of all, RCNS provides a truly family-centered environment and a strong community for kids and parents alike.
