Mater Amoris Montessori's next open house for interested parents is April 1, 2015 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. Please come visit our beautiful 12 acre campus in Ashton, Maryland and see for yourself why Mater Amoris families love their school. Mater Amoris is a PK - 6th grade program and is newly partnered with The Journey School a 6 - 8th Grade program.

Mater Amoris Montessori School is dedicated to the philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori in the belief that her teachings provide a scientifically based system which not only aids the child during early development, but throughout life. The Montessori philosophy is based on love for the child, respect for the child's dignity as a person, and a strong desire to help the child realize his or her fullest potential in society.
