Calm the battles over the dinner table. In this workshop Dr. Rene addresses the guidelines for curbing picky eaters while encouraging families to relax and enjoy mealtimes again. This includes the role of short-order cooking, bribery, micromanaging, pressure and hunger cues. Parents will learn a valuable approach to ending the struggles before they start. We will also cover nutrition guidelines, serving sizes per age, choking hazards, ways to teach about restaurants and other common issues. We will also discuss how to address behaviors at the table such as throwing food or running around.
