Gaithersburg Police Officers will be on hand to help participants complete a variety of police training exercises focusing on physical fitness. Learn about neighborhood safety, witness K-9 demonstrations, and explore an actual police car to see all the high tech equipment police officers use. After completing all training courses, new recruits will be sworn in as “Junior Detectives” by Gaithersburg Police Chief Mark Sroka. Grandma Kona’s Ice Truck will be on hand with icy beverages for purchase.
Admission is $10 per person. This program is best suited for 5 to 12-year-olds and parental guidance is required. Reservations are required, and may be made with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.
