It’s panda-monium at Barstons Child’s Play! Washington's favorite toy store at 5536 Connecticut Ave. NW will be decked out with pandas for the visit of Caldecott Honoree and New York Times bestselling author and illustrator, John J. Muth on Tuesday, February 25 at 4 pm.

It’s panda-monium at Barstons Child’s Play! Washington's favorite toy store at 5536 Connecticut Ave. NW will be decked out with pandas for the visit of Caldecott Honoree and New York Times bestselling author and illustrator, John J. Muth on Tuesday, February 25 at 4 pm. Muth's best-known books, Zen Shorts and Zen Ties, feature exquisite artwork and sublime text, with pandas as key characters. One of those pandas, the young Koo, is the playful star of Muth's new book, Hi, Koo!, a collection of haikus about the four seasons. Muth will deliver a presentation, followed by a Q & A session and book signing in our store. All ages welcome. No registration required.
