Gurim (Cubs), is a school-based, early childhood program that serves as a link between a flexible environment and a more structured Kindergarten setting. This program, uniquely designed for students who miss the kindergarten entry birth date,* focuses on language, literacy, and numeracy, with an emphasis on self-awareness, social engagement, and building community. * CESJDS will also welcome children with late summer birthdays who are in need of an extra year of development readiness prior to Kindergarten.
