Event: Girl Rising Howard County Movie Premiere

Where: Ten Oaks Ballroom 5000 Signal Bell Ln, Clarksville, MD 21029
Cost: $60 for adults $45 for children 17 and under
Tickets: Can be purchased at www.eventbrite.com (search Girl Rising Event) or mail a check to Swati Goel at 5824 Wild Orange Gate, Clarksville, MD 21029 to avoid Event Brite ticket charges.
All proceeds go to the Girl Rising and Global India Fund 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on giving people around the world an opportunity to make a real difference. Contributions are tax deductible and within the limits established by law (GIF Federal Tax ID #14-2005694)

Girl Rising is a ground-breaking film that has already been seen by millions, and a movement for girls education that can change the world. It tells the stories of 9 extraordinary girls from 9 countries written by 9 celebrated writers and narrated by 9 renowned celebrities including Meryl Streep, Selena Gomez, Anne Hathaway and Alicia Keys. This event will be held locally at Ten Oaks Ballroom on May 30th. All proceeds will go to the Global India and Girl Rising Fund. Keep in mind that although the movie title is "Girl Rising," this event is open to dads, brothers, and male family members as well!
