Now that you are teacher and parent, join us to learn important areas of focus for development at this precious age and how to structure your child's day in sensory-friendly ways to enhance participation and enjoyment in age-appropriate skilled activities! Don't let the virtual rut defeat you - we've got you! This session is best-suited for parents of children ages 2-6 and of ability levels!
Get your questions answered (and more!):
What are the important areas we should include in our daily instruction?
Is virtual instruction ok for a 4 year old?
How much zoom time is too much zoom time for my toddler?
What can I do to get the biggest bang for my buck with support services?
How can I keep my 3 year old engaged at the table for longer than 5 minutes - or should I even try?
Is handwriting important at this age?
Why does his pencil grip look funny? Should I help him change it?
Should he be reading by now?
To flashcard...or not to flashcard...Is rote memorization still a think?
Is potty training important right now?
...and what does sensory processing have to do with this anyway?!
