The Francis A. Gregory Neighborhood Library will host a free Early Pregnancy Workshop facilitated by Mamatoto Village, Inc.
Date: Saturday, October 10
Time: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Topics will include:
Learning about the development and growth of your baby.
Exploring your changing body.
Nutrition for a healthy MamaBaby pair.
Choices in Childbirth.
Relaxation and Exercise throughout pregnancy.
Maintaining a healthy partner/co-parenting relationship.
Financially planning for a baby.
