In this class, caregivers share yoga-inspired movement, rhymes and songs, baby play, and massage with their newborn to pre-crawling babies. This class is free, but registration is required.
While most of the yoga poses and movements in this class are for baby, but parents will learn breathing and relaxation techniques and get to do a few poses. For parents, this class is a special opportunity to meet other moms and dads and learn about baby’s emerging personality.
