This weekend the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s People Prosperity and the Planet (P3) will have the 11th National Sustainable Design Expo and Competition. The expo will feature over 40 university and college teams from across the country competing in Phase II of EPA’s P3 student-design competition for a P3 Award. Awardees will be recommended for a grant of up to $75,000 to further develop their sustainable projects and take them to the marketplace. This year’s competition and expo, will be held at Oronoco Bay Park in Alexandria, Va.
