Early Childhood Center is a play-based preschool for children 2 -5 years old. ECC registration for the 2015-2016 School Year for new families begins on February 5th. The school offers small class sizes, low student to teacher ratios, and highly qualified teachers. We are conveniently located near Rockville Town Square.
