Pregnancy is a time marked by change on a physical and emotional level. It’s easy to put so much focus on the baby that you lose track of yourself. This workshop is designed to help you tune into your needs throughout this transitional time, which will ultimately support you and your baby’s growth and development.
Our time together will consist of movement, breathing, mindfulness, and discussion aimed to help you surf the changes yet to come. Our hope is that you leave this workshop with a renewed sense of connection to your mind and body, a greater sense of community, and tools and strategies for deeper self-care.
