From the fruits and veggies you eat to the blooming flowers in your garden, you can thank a bee for that. Bees, and other pollinators, are incredibly important in not only in the produce we eat directly, but also the feed for livestock and other critters.
Celebrate this important creature at the Children's Day Honey Harvest Festival! Bee populations are on the decline, and this festival is dedicated to relaying the importance of this flying insect. Talk to beekeepers, watch honey being harvested, buy local honey (great allergy reliever!), enjoy family-friendly crafts and games, and so much more!
We'll be buzzing about pollinators all day long!
