Tools of the Trade workshops engage children aged 10-14 on four monthly Saturday mornings. Starting with basic concepts of context, scale and structure, children practice modeling and drawing skills by designing a building that works within the context of historic Penn Quarter.

Series of four Saturday morning classes taught by architects and design professionals from Washington DC firms: February 21, March 21, April 18, May 16th. $60 for the series of four classes. One session builds on the next. Presentations and certificates May 16th from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
