- Assess your values and strengths and embrace your areas to grow
- Turn dis-empowering self-talk into positive thoughts and action
- Hone your skills at giving and receiving feedback about your impact from other participants
- Create an aspirational obituary to align your purpose with your actions
- Interact authentically with other women through activities geared to deepen connection and unleash fun
- Support one another by creating a network for positive change
