Join the Northern Virginia Association for the Education of Young Children (NVAEYC) and Shirlington branch library for a FREE process art party on Shirlington Plaza. We welcome all young children to come along and enjoy creating their own masterpieces with a variety of art materials! Clothes to get messy in are suggested!
